DEFINITIONS
"Web Site" Healthmatters247.com.
"Handling Agents" All Purple Handling, Bonza Handling, Alpine Handling.
"The Group"All Web Sites with all Handling Agents.
"Client" The Buyer of the Goods from the Web Site.
"Goods" The items or products purchased by the Client.
"Product" Any item described on the Web Site as being for sale.

GENERAL
All sales and transactions are subject to the following terms and conditions. Placing an order on the Web Site, or by telephone order through our Handling Agent, constitutes acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to make alterations or update the Terms & Conditions as necessary. All alterations will apply as soon as changes are made.

PAYMENT
All orders must be pre-paid prior to dispatch.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Goods will be packed and posted by the Handling Agent and delivered to the address given by the Client at the time of ordering. The country from which Goods are dispatched will be at the discretion of the The Group. The Group cannot be held responsible for undelivered orders when the address information given is incorrect or incomplete. When possible, all goods will be dispatched within two working days following the day of order and are normally delivered between 7-10 working days, but please allow up to 28 days in case of delays. There are many reasons for delivery delays outside of the control of The Group, including bad weather, postal strikes and customs control.

NON EYE DROP PRODUCTS

  • United Kingdom
    Goods destined for the UK will be dispatched by one of our UK Handling Agents using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - To be signed for, or by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day - Tracked to destination. Under normal circumstances, please let us know if your order has not arrived within 5 working days from placing the order.
  • EU Countries and other Countries to whom Airsure deliver
    When despatched from the UK, Goods will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure - Tracked to destination, or by Royal Mail International Airmail Small Packet - To be signed for. If despatched from any other country, the Handling Agent will use their local Registered Postal/Courier Delivery Service - To be signed for. Under normal circumstances, please let us know if your order has not arrived within 14 working days from placing the order.
  • Other Countries Worldwide
    When despatched from the UK, Goods will be sent by Royal Mail International Airmail Small Packet - To be signed for. If despatched from any other country, the Handling Agent will use their local Registered Postal/Courier Delivery Service - To be signed for. Under normal circumstances, please let us know if your order has not arrived within 24 working days from placing the order.

Whenever an email address has been included with an order, the Client will be sent an email message confirming the details of their order and the payment made.

On receipt of Goods any discrepancies or damage must be advised within 7 days. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

EYE DROP PRODUCTS

  • Worldwide - All Countries
    All eye drop products will be dispatched from one of the non UK Handling Agents via their local Postal/Courier Registered Delivery Service - To be signed for. In an effort to keep postage costs to a minimum, some deliveries may be forwarded via a local Postal/Courier Delivery Services - All deliveries to be signed for.

Whenever an email address has been included with an order, the Client will be sent an email message confirming the details of their order and the payment made.

On receipt of Goods any discrepancies or damage must be advised within 7 days. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

TAX & DUTIES
All Taxes and Duties payable upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

UNDELIVERED GOODS
Undelivered Goods to the UK must be advised within 14 working days of ordering. Undelivered Goods to the EU must be advised within 21 working days of ordering and undelivered Goods to NON EU and other countries must be advised within 28 working days of ordering.

RETURNED GOODS
Unused Goods are the responsibility of the Client and cannot be returned for refund. Returned Goods must be in their original new, sealed and unopened containers and include the Client's Name and Address, along with a unique Returns Number, which can be obtained by email or by telephone from the handling agent whose number is advertised on the contact page of this web site. Returns must be posted using a registered service which requires a signature upon receipt and can be tracked by using the carriers' tracking services. The receiving Handling Agent must be advised of the posting details and the tracking number, which should be sent by email or by registered post to them, within 24 hours of posting. Returned Goods will not be processed without a Returns Number. Postage costs for the return of damaged, faulty or defective goods will be refunded in full. The postage costs for all other returns are the responsibility of the client. The Group cannot be held responsible for returning Goods which are damaged in transit.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
We offer a full replacement service for any damaged, faulty or defective goods, subject to the above Returned Goods policy. Postage costs will be refunded in full, using the same method by which the Goods were purchased.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
We endeavour to make sure that the specification and description of the Products is as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to make changes which do not affect the quality or performance of the Products.

DISCLAIMER
Although the past success rate of the Products has been high, success in any individual case cannot be guaranteed. No statement or claim should be construed that the Products offered on the Web Site are intended for cure, prevention or diagnosis of any medical condition or disease. STATEMENT
Bright Eyes Drops have been classified as a "Medicinal Product" by the Medicines and Health products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the UK, so it is illegal to sell or supply them from the UK, without the appropriate license. However, many other countries still regard the product as a health supplement, so it can be advertised, sold and supplied from those countries to the UK. This web site is hosted outside of Europe and we have Handling Agents in various countries, which enables us to supply you with the Bright Eyes Drops without breaking any UK regulations. Unfortunately, this means delivery may take a couple of days longer to reach you in the UK.
